November 2017 MPP - Back in Plaid

I absolutely adore this month's kit and it does coordinate with October's kit perfectly. I plan to use it for my Red Hat Chapter's Christmas Party next month. I had to sit down and make them all immediately.

November Stamp Camp

I love the "Bethlehem" bundle, so we used it again. It was inspired by several different cards I had seen on Pinterest.  Everything pre-cut, they just had to stamp image, punch it out and assemble everything.We also used the "Ready for Home" bundle. Such a cute set. I used the "Hardwood" background stamp on the stairs. That little dachshund is just too cute. Again, all was pre-stamped and cut, they just had to color. They got to play with the new Stampin' Blends for that.

I also did a card with the Musical Season bundle. I love that French Horn. The Merry Music Specialty Designer Paper is fabulous. Everything was pre-cut for them. So this was an easy, just assemble card. Only sentiment for inside had to be stamped.

I also had to play with the Many Mittens framelits and make some tags.

I wasn't going to, but at last minute, I decided to offer them another Thanksgiving's Day card to make if desired. I used the "Pick a Pumpkin" Bundle. To make it easy, I had everything pre-stamped and cut for them (except sentiment). Everyone made one.

 I had to share this picture. The card on the right is my sample. The card on the left is the one my 5 y.o. granddtr., Bonnye made for her teacher (after everyone had left). She did it all by herself with the parts leftover. She didn't want to use the pre-cut Christmas balls though, she wanted to draw hers on and used my Stampin' Blends.

Finally holding Stamp Camps Again!

Well, I haven't held a Stamp Camp in a very loooong time, as we have been having a LOT of home renovations being done. It is finally all done and I can start having them again (and show off my "new" home). I made these same cards on Oct. 20th at the Sr. Ctr. in Colonial Beach, but with only 1 layer on Thanksgiving's card and center daisy not popped up and no gem.. Used Crushed Curry cardstock on the Bethlehem card vs gold foil and the Beachy Christmas one was only one layer. So stepped them up a bit for my more experienced Stamp Camp participants.

 

Used the spotlight technique on this card. I used colored pencils on mine, but let them use the new Stampin' Blends on theirs, so colors show up more.

October 2017 MPP - Pining for Plaid

I rarely make shaker cards, but when made this easy to do so, I enjoy it. Love these. Can't wait to see what next month's kit is, since it is going to coordinate with this one.

September 2017 MPP - Layered Leaves

I love pillow boxes and these are fabulous. I haven't done them yet as saving for a special occasion, in case I decide to use something instead of the leaves with them. May save the leaves to use on cards later.

 Love the embossed image on them.

August 2017 MPP - Giftable Greetings

Nice kit with simple cards and a beautiful box to put them in to give as a gift if desired.

July 2017 MPP - Positively Picturesque

Love these for masculine cards, but it has some that can be use for women as well or maybe for an anniversary or Valentine's Day and Congrats or encouragement. I never have enough of any of those made.

Another scrumptious kit.  Who doesn't crave a cold, juicy slice of watermelon on a hot summer's day!

This month's kit is so cute ... I mean, who doesn't love donuts!

April 2017 MPP - A Sara Thing

This month's My Paper Pumpkin kit was a special one - It was created by our own CEO Sara! It is really cute! Now gotta make time to do it.  I will add pictures later of the finished projects.

I finally got around to making some of these a while back. I love them, so pretty. Pulled out some other colors to use on them as well.
